We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2022, at the age of 86, Myron B. Lahr (Cokato, Minnesota), born in Howard Lake, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lahr and Evelyn Lahr (Zander); his wife Lucille Pettit (Lucy); his siblings, Melmer and Mavis; and his brothers-in-law, Benny Major, Leroy Taber, Donald Johnson and Sonny Pettit.

He is survived by: his children, Yvonne Currey (Brian) and Ken (Lisa); his grandchildren, Shane, Asher and Jessica; his great grandchild Breanne; his friends, Shakil and Darcy Khan; his siblings, Marcella Major, Diana Boettcher (Jerry) and Edwin (Lynne); and his sisters-in-law, Barb Schmieg (Tom), Ruth Schmieg (Gary), Sandy Zander (Leroy) and Doris Pettit-Vonmende (Hieni).

“So sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately we are in Arizona for the winter and cannot attend. However I was able to visit with Myron and Edwin at my brother Gary’s funeral in Aiken in November. It was so nice to see them again. We used to get together for family reunions at the park in Howard Lake. It was always a good time with good food, I miss those get togethers.”
