It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Victor Nyquist of Cokato, Minnesota, born in Hutchinson, Minnesota, who passed away on December 1, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Nyquist and Martha Nyquist (Gustafson); his wife Darlene Nyquist; and his siblings, Maurice Nyquist and Sally Nyquist.
He is survived by: his children, Darla Nyquist, Matthew Nyquist (Jennifer), Joshua Nyquist (Heidi), Benjamin Nyquist (Kristina) and Anjali Nyquist; his brother Peter Nyquist (Susan); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Megan, Chase, Zachary, Katie, Emma, Bennett, Caleb, Luke, Abigail and Olivia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and their children.
