He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Baert and Ethel Baert (Provo); his wife Debbie (Ronning); his siblings, Alfred (Jean), Dennis (Pat), Phyllis Glunz (Jack) and Isabelle Baert; his parents-in-law, Sig and Sally Ronning; his brother-in-law Gene Dankowski; and his nieces, Deann Dankowski and Patty Jamison.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Lou Dankowski, Kay Geddis (Mike) and Joan Demarais (Lee); his sister-in-law Sandi Baert; his nieces and nephews, Donna Jean, Amy, Gary, Dale, Linda, Dean, Lynn, Becky, Katie, Paula, Sandy and Jeff; and his siblings-in-law, Rick Ronning (Jeanie), Donna Otten (David), Dottie Reinking and Dee Dee Melton.
