She was predeceased by: her father Craig Backer; her sister Jennifer Backer; her grandparents, Jackie Backer, Betty and Eldon "Ice" Comstock; and her uncles, Gary, Mark and Matt Comstock.
She is survived by: her mother Julie Backer (Comstock); her husband Gene Grell; her children, William Sindelir, Jordyn and Geno; and her sister Jessica Heinrich (Nate). She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and other relatives.
