He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Mattfield and Selma Mattfield (Mischke); his siblings, Janet Delich, Joyce Gonzalez, Maynard, Roger and Raymond Mattfield; and his siblings-in-law, Roy Eigenberger, Verlin Christanson, Lyle Hanson and Virginia Mattfield.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sylvia Noworatzky of Keil, WI, Violet Hanson of Bovey, MN, Delores Eigenberger Christianson of Valders, WI, Herman Mattfield (Mary) of Manitowac, WI, Robert Mattfield of Bovey, MN, Gerald Mattfield of Bovey, MN, Weldon Mattfield (Cindy) of Bovey, MN and Meloy Mattfield of Bovey, MN; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Delich of Bovey, MN and Hillary Mattfield. He is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews, several great-nieces, nephews, and cousins.
