She was predeceased by: her parents, George Held and Francis Held (Sontag); her husband August; her son Kenneth Sahr; and her siblings, Clarence Held and Leona Held Barten.
She is survived by: her daughters, Geraldine Mertes (Bruce) and Lanette Green (Denny). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
