He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. James Davey Sr. and Naomi Davey (Jasperson). He is survived by: his wife Patti Davey; his children, Chad Davey (Kami) of Albany, MN and Diana Sweeney (Grayson) of Plymouth, MN; and his brother Tom Davey (Mary) of Bemidji, MN..

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the family, which will be directed toward Honduras Outreach.
