He is survived by: his friends, Leroy and Barb Scovel; his children, Kenny O'Brien, Brian O'Brien and Kimberly O'Brien; his stepdaughter Lacy Carner; his siblings, Loretta Frank (Rod) and Mike O'Brien; and his grandchildren, Aleasha, Toni, Kendra, Katie, Larae, Preston, Lilly, Aliviah, Nyomi, Jacelee and Lyric. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
