It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William May (Cloquet, Minnesota), who passed away on March 17, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert "Zemo" May and Melinda May; his parents-in-law, Margaret and Henry Sumner Sr.; his sisters, Marilyn May, Roxanne May and Gloria May; his sisters-in-law, Karen Sumner and Ramona Sumner; his brother Herb May; his brothers-in-law, Henry Sumner Jr. and Leonard Sumner; and his grandchildren, Simon Pacheco, Jordan Sumner and Samira Sumner.

He is survived by: his wife Thelma May; his children, Keith Sumner, Laurene May, William May Jr. (Holly), Justin Richey, Frank Richey, Keanna Richey, Jamison King, Jeremiah Kingbird, Corey May Jr. and Allyssa Sumner; his sisters, Karen May, Carol May, Ruth Whitefeather, Laurie May and Diana May; and his brother-in-law Stuart Sumner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family is asking that attendees honor social distancing protocols in order to keep everyone safe; masks are required.
