He is survived by: his wife Nancie; his sons, Ethan and Ian Skare (Alicia); his grandson Theo Skare; and his siblings, Jon Skare (Cindy), Rick Skare (Sue) and JoAnne Brost (Kent). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
