He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eino Lipponen and Asta Lipponen; his sisters, Maija Liisa Pesu and Riita Kaisa Youngquist; his nephew Jussi Pesu; his wife Adelia Mikkola of Cloquet; his children, Roy (Barbara), David, Eric (Becca) and Nancy Moukas (Peter); his brothers, Eino (Mary Ann) and Lauri (Cindy); his grandchildren, Kristin, Justin, Thomas, Olivia, Melissa, Andrew and Kenzie; and his great grandchildren, Camden and Ava. He was also cherished by nieces, nephew and cousins.
