He is survived by: his wife Dawn Houle (Christenson) of Cloquet, MN; his children, Richard J. Houle Ill of Superior, WI, Frederick T. Houle of Superior, WI, Charles G. Houle (Nikki) of Superior, WI, Heather M. Elahi (Malik) of Folsom, CA, Marcia T. Karshbaum (Kyle) of Iron River, WI and Jeannie M. Houle (Anthony Hey) of Duluth, MN; and his siblings, Bryan Carlsen, David Peters, Lynda Sands and Nancy Carlson (Ranta). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
A wake was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Lac Cloquet Community Center (1720 Big Lake Rd, Cloquet, MN 55720). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
