With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard D. Singpiel of Cloquet, Minnesota, who passed away on June 18, 2023 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard D. Singpiel to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Singpiel and Mae Singpiel (Peterson); his son Curt Singpiel; his brother Wayne Singpiel; and his brother-in-law Myron Perttula.

He is survived by: his wife Mavis Pykkonen; his son Scott Singpiel; his daughter-in-law Leigh Singpiel; his grandchildren, Cade, Blake and Dane Singpiel; his sister Carol Perttula; and his pet Mindy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials are preferred to the Scheidler Scholarship Foundation.
