She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Ness and Nellie Ness (Norby); her former husband Gerald Borgeson; her husband Mike Niemiec; her grandson Joshua Niemiec; and her siblings, Norval Ness and Nellie Ness Lyes.
She is survived by: her children, Lynda Juntunen (Brad), Steven Borgeson (Christine), Jim Borgeson (Toni), Mark Borgeson, Sherry Cook, Tom Niemiec (Rachel) and Annette Niemiec. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; twenty-nine great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
