We bid farewell to Mary L. Kantonen of Cloquet, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 10, 2025 at the age of 75. Mary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Brice Parnin and Beatrice Parnin; and her siblings, Mark Parnin and Amy Roe. She is survived by: her husband Gary Kantonen; her children, Mark Langenbrunner (Denise), Milissa Soukkala (Chad), Miles Langenbrunner, Cary Libson (David), Amber Kantonen (Dan) and Jeremy Kantonen; her great grandchild Oaklyn; and her siblings, Judy and Bruce Parnin (Lynn). She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church (102 4th St, Cloquet, MN 55720).
