She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Bergstrom and Annabelle Bergstrom (Collins); her husband Jack LaVoy; her stepson Patrick LaVoy; her daughter-in-law Nancy LaVoy; her grandsons, Troy LaVoy and Marvin Friedrich; her brothers, Henry Gebhard and Mike Gebhard; and her nephews, Mike Fredrickson, Norman Fredrickson and Tony Gebhard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Giffen (Pete) of Wrenshall, Shelly Carter (Justin Powers) of Duluth and Wendy Knutson (John) of Duluth; her stepchildren, Jack LaVoy of Pike Lake, Connie Morris of Medford, Annette White (Steven) of Walker and Linda Lavoy of Cloquet; and her siblings, Mildred Burnelle of Brainerd, Edna Gakin of Brainerd and Tony Gebhard of Little Falls. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
