He is survived by: his parents, Mark Hoffman and Jennifer Hoffman (Thiry) of Cloquet, MN; his sister Lennox Hoffman; his grandparents, Tom, Karen Hoffman, Greg, Diane Orescanin, Norb and Dee Leblanc; his aunts and uncles, Christy Bauman (Tim), Brett Thiry (Tabatha), Hollie Walto (Matt), Kevin Thiry, Cory Orescanin and Lonnie Orescanin (Sara); and his great-aunt Second.
