He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Thomas Pensak; his brothers, Thomas, Jr., Dud Pensak and Gary Pensak; his daughters, Kali Elisabeth and Cori Renee; his siblings, Todd Pensak (Cathy) and Pat Nielsen (Don); his grandchildren, Mason and Zatanna; his sister-in-law Mary Pensak (Thomas); his nephew Jordan Pensak (Holly); and his nieces, Penny, Lynn (Brent), Michelle (Jeff), Sheri (Mark) and Laura. He was also cherished by many great nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Per Josh's request, donations are to be provided to Disabled American Veterans (DAV), local Humane Society, and Disabled Police Officers/Law Enforcement.
