He is survived by: his wife Darlene Meyer of Le Sueur; his son Richard Carter; his daughter-in-law Jeanne; his daughter Cathy Maccoux (Carter); his son-in-law Dan; his grandchildren, Cindy Carter (Duane Norgren), Amanda Johnston (Tim), Eric Carter (Andréa), Christian Carter, Olivia Maccoux, Claire Egesdal and Carter Egesdal; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Johnston, Brooks Johnston and Nieve Carter.
