With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Glenn Nelson of Cloquet, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 18, 2025 at the age of 95. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Nelson and Phoebe Nelson; his wife June; and his granddaughter Ryan. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Schmid (Larry), Randy (Joanne) and Jim Nelson (Patti); his grandchildren, Sara, Cohen (Shania), Cale (Sarah), Kristian and Samantha; his great grandchildren, Antonio, Lucia, Charlie and Paisley; and his close friend Marcia Kalinda.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church (515 Skyline Blvd, Cloquet, MN 55720). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
