He was predeceased by: his parents, George Baker and Mable Baker (Piquette); his wife Sharon Lafontaine; and his siblings, Leona Doble (Arnold), Vernon Baker (Nadine), Eugene Baker (Bernice), Floyd Baker (Florence), Jerome Baker (Donna) and LeRoy Baker (Ardella).
He is survived by: his children, Joyce Borske (Jerry) of Cloquet, James Baker (Cindy) of Mesa, Jeff Baker (Patsy) of Mesa, Jack Baker (Kanyapat) of Cloquet and Jerry Baker (Chin Ok) of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and many other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Nelson Funeral Care (1004 Cloquet Ave, Cloquet, MN 55720). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
