He is survived by: his wife Annette; his daughters, Elizabeth Johnson, Jessica Johnson (Greg Kryzer) and Meghan Johnson (Casey Odom); his sister Diane Parkhurst; his grandchildren, Matilda and Harlan Kryzer; his mother-in-law Delores Filipiak; his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Filipiak (Kim), David Filipiak (Karen), Robert Filipiak (Cynthia) and Monica Fadness; his stepchildren, Amber and Michael Shaw; and his close friend Cory Schneberger. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
