He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Johnson and Sieva Johnson (Lehto). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Laine; and his children, Dale (Wendy), Ann Small (Steve) and Elaine Hoblitt (Bub). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
