He was predeceased by: his parents, Mason H. Lembke and Violet Lembke; and his son Wayne Lembke. He is survived by: his wife June Johnson-Lembke; and his children, Donna Norton, Eleanor Miller, Shirley Mulder, Rodger Johnson, Dennis Johnson (Pat), Scott Johnson (Christina), Robert Johnson (Jody) and Pete Johnson (Kathy). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
