He is survived by: his parents, John Kulaszewicz and Ginger Kulaszewicz; his son Zack; his wife Robin Johnson; his daughters, Randi and Dani; his granddaughter Katya; his siblings, Dean, Brian (Marina) and Julie Morton (Joe Vork); his grandparents, Sandra Dallum and Joel Kulaszewicz; his siblings-in-law, Vern Johnson (Joan), Randy Johnson (Alieca) and Ryan Johnson (Tara); his uncles, Jim Kulaszewicz (Colleen), Jay Kulaszewicz and Jerry Kulaszewicz (Julie); and his cousins, Kevin and Kyle Kulaszewicz. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
