She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lightfoot and Dorothy Lightfoot (Shovein); her stepmother Edith Lightfoot; her daughter Sheri Lynn; her granddaughter Tiffany Hall; her great grandchild Nicholas Hall; her grandson Jeremy Starkey; her great grandchild Haven Starkey; her son-in-law Chris Slighter; her great grandchild Ian Slighter; and her stepsister Carol Larson.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Starkey; her children, Terry (Ellen Gomoll), Kelly Starkey, Penny Burggraff (Keith) and Tracy Eales (Mike); her sisters, Jan Prevost (Tom), Mary Ingbretson and Linda Kelly (Mike); and her stepsiblings, Cathy Hubbard, Connie Wick (Brad) and Ken (Bonnie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Due to COVID a private family service will follow the visitation.
