He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Jurek and Anna Jurek (Womniecki); his sons, Gary and James Jurek; and his siblings, Mary Newton, Sophie Kaspszak, Victoria Karulak, Margaret Jurek, Joseph Jurek, Stanley Jurek and John Jurek.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Jezierski; his sons, Daniel, Mark (Carol), Kevin and Todd Jurek (Debra); and his sister Theresa Starkey. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
