She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Kersting; and her parents, Gilbert Elfering and Ester Elfering. She is survived by: her children, James Kersting, Ken Kersting (Terri), Debra Lundgren (Greg Mattson) and Kevin Kersting; her grandchildren, Catlin Heinecke (Mike), Karen Johnson (Bryan) and Kendra Kersting; and her great grandchild Timmy Johnson. She is also survived by two brothers; eight sisters.
