He is survived by: his stepmother Lurene Holm of Henning; and his siblings, William Holm of Fergus Falls, Richard Holm of Henning, Lori Smith (Geoff) of Henning, Brenda McDougall (Guy Packineau) of Grand Forks, Tracey Eckman of Monticello, Tammy Lueders (Tim) of Ottertail and David Holm of Mankato. He is also survived by many other relatives and a host of friends.
