He is survived by: his wife Diane; his daughters, Tonja McKay (Walter Samuel) and Nikki Smith (Joel); his grandchildren, Brooklyn Martinson (Jarret), Austin, Victoria Wensauer, Zoey McKenzie, Bohdan Samuel, Maverick Samuel, Skye, Millie Samuel, Nicholas Smith (Hattie) and Allison Pace (Cory); his great grandchildren, Lincoln and Reagan Martinson; and his sister-in-law Arlene Christopherson. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
