He was predeceased by: his mother Dorismae Meers (Schliep) of Chokio, MN.; his nephew Jordan Schrupp; his grandparents, Martin, Gesche Meers (Jessie), George (Jack) and Sophia Schliep; and his parents-in-law, Orris and Marilyn Sandahl.
He is survived by: his father Wilfried Meers; his wife Charlene Sandahl of Clitherall, MN.; his daughters, Kimber and Kelly of Clitherall, MN; his siblings, Robin Schrupp (Randy) of Pierre, SD and Brad (Nancy) of Fargo; and his siblings-in-law, Brad Sandahl (Elaine Josephson) of Clitherall, Wayne Sandahl (Brenda) of Underwood and Carol Dumonceaux (David) of Clitherall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
