He is survived by: his children, Tom Stewart (Shirley) of Clitherall and Jodi Peterson of Battle Lake; his grandchildren, Terry Stewart, Shawna Clark, Tasha Bohn, Shane and Kodie Stewart; his children, Jennifer and Nicholas Peterson; and his children-in-law, Deneice Stewart and Kurt Peterson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
