He was predeceased by: his parents, Aane Torgerson and Dolores Torgerson (Russell); his son Eric; his siblings, Robert (Virginia), Dean (LaVonne), John Paul, Lowell (Lina), Phyllis (Charles) and Joan (Allen); and his siblings-in-law, Clarence, Marian Hanson, Kathryn and Terry.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Hanson; his children, Denese Gustafson (Todd) of Clinton, Mark Torgerson (Cindy) of Morris, Dale Torgerson (Beth) of Sunburg and Janine Teske (Jim) of Clinton; his daughter-in-law Heidi Torgerson of Clinton; his grandchildren, Jason Gustafson (Jen), Jeremy Gustafson (Regena), Lindsee Ringsaker (Jim), Jacob Torgerson, Mitchell Torgerson (Ariel Garvey), Rachel Lahlum (Nick), Anna Torgerson (Jonathan Munstertieger), Samantha Fischbach (Adam), Matthew Torgerson (Kelsey), Maxwell Torgerson (Samantha), Tanner Teske (Julie Drobny) and Tori Teske; his great grandchildren, Shayni, Reese, Everlie, Ellesyn, Griffin, Blakely, Piper, Lola, Maci, Briggs, Gwen and Orrin; his stepgrandsons, Cody Ringsaker (Amber Landowski) and Dustin Ringsaker (Kelsey Nelson); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Reagan and Casper; his daughter Cindy Stansfield (David); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Torgerson and Amelia Hanson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
David's family suggests memorials be given to Hospice or a charity of your choice.
