Maxine Thoreson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maxine Thoreson of Climax, Minnesota, who passed away on November 5, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gena Paulson and Benhart Paulson; her husband Orland Thoreson; and her daughter Norine Thoreson. She is survived by: her daughters, Renee Thoreson and Christie Meier (Phil); her grandchildren, Seth Meier (Holly), Anna Svennungsen (Kyle) and Anders Meier (Molly); her great grandchildren, Clara Meier, Isla Meier, Odin Svennungsen, Espen Svennungsen, Magnus Svennungsen, Penny Meier, Trygve Meier and Leif Meier; and her brother-in-law Leon Thoreson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
