He is survived by: his wife Kathy Marie Volk; his children, Louie (Stephanie) and Thea; his grandchildren, Kenna (Jordan), Aidan Randall, Logan and Dean Stemmer; his great grandchildren, Kara and Maya Anderson; and his siblings, Rick (Muggs), Brad (Cease), Greg, Jan Campe (Mike), Steve, Mark (Barb), Randy (Laurel), Melissa Soltis and Paul (Carla).

Memorials can be given to the American Lung Association.
