He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Parent and Florence Parent (Neubert); and his brothers-in-law, Joseph Cronin and Michael Roe. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Hicks (Ewer) of Clearwater; and his sisters, Bonnie Foltz (Larry) of Cincinnati, OH and JoAnn Cronin of Maple Grove. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Clearwater American Legion Post #323 or CentraCare Home Care and Hospice.
