He is survived by: his wife LuAnn Middendorf (Peterson); his children, Dustin Middendorf (Michelle) of Oklahoma City, OK, Elizabeth Olson (Drew) of Becker, MN, Aaron of Tucson, AZ, Dana Hansen (Chris) of Freeport, MN, Theresa Gvajdek (Marko), Zagreb and Gabriel Cameron (Jones) of Oakland, CA; his siblings, Joe (Michele), Jim (Dianne), Mary James (Ralph), Paul (Colette), Dan (Patti) and Chris; and his in-laws, Kay Cameron and Jackie Cameron. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
