He was predeceased by: his parents, DeLoyd Rudningen and Audrey Rudningen (Lunder); his parents-in-law, Carroll and Arlys Erickson; his brother Dean Rudningen; and his sister-in-law Karen Rudningen.
He is survived by: his wife Janelle Rudningen of Clearwater; his children, Dr. Kyle Rudningen (Amanda) of Clearwater and Dr. Karin Josephson (Aaron) of Stillwater; his grandchildren, Evan, William, Ella, Leif and Magnus; his sisters, LuAnn Rudningen (Val Roberts) and Donna Miller (Larry); and also Dave Nelson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
