He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Preusser and Angela Preusser (Stumpf); his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Thul; his son Kevin; and his sister Mary Lou Schmitt.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Gross (Mike), Richard (Brenda), Donald (Brenda), Thomas (Laura), David, Michael (Stacy), Brian (Mary), Daniel (Julie) and Lisa Liesch (Greg); his daughter-in-law Linda; and his siblings-in-law, Marcy Uderman, Virgie Donaldson and Eldred Thul. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
