It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara M. Powell of Clearwater, Minnesota, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on July 18, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Cox and Alice Cox (Love); her grandson Clifford Earl Powell; and her brother Charles "Jerry" Cox. She is survived by: her husband Richard L. Powell of Clearwater; and her children, Julia Whyte, Jenealyn Mitchell (Lee), Jerrold Powell (Karen), James Powell (Eva) and Jacqueline Lopez (Pedro). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
