It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvina R. Abeln (Clearwater, Minnesota), born in Douglas, North Dakota, who passed away on May 21, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Wagner and Katherine Wagner (Dockendorf); her husband Theodore C. "Ted" Abeln; her children, Louise of St. Cloud, Joe (Joannie) of Penn Valley, Tom (Patti) of Elk River, Dave (Darlene) of Newark and LuAnn (Bruce) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; her sisters, Terry and Ceil; and her son John. She was also cherished by six grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
A Memorial Mass and Celebration of Life will be held at a later date due to the COVID-19 restrictions for Alvina R. Abeln, 96, of Clearwater.
