He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bergh and Emma Bergh of Hallock, MN.; his daughter Janet Thompson; and his grandsons, Ryan and Dustin (Charles).

He is survived by: his wife Annie; his daughters, Patty (Jim Beardsley) and Connie Solberg (Brian Gunning); and his brothers, Gail, Larry, Morris and Bill.
