It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernice Harriet Shelquist (Clearbrook, Minnesota), who passed away on July 21, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Peterson and Clara Peterson (Walberg) of Clearbrook; her husband Ernest Shelquist; and her brothers, Curtis Peterson and Rodney Neslund.

She is survived by: her children, John Peterson (Linda) of Monticello, Larry Kihlstadius of Becida and Shelly Stenberg (Lyle) of Monticello; and her siblings, Charles Neslund (Rita), Janet Bakke and Susan Eck (Bob). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
