He is survived by: his wife Mary Lenk (Notch); his children, Kevin (Holly) of Amery, Brian (Victoria Saca) of Minneapolis, Melissa of Charlotte, Darin (Lori) of St. Cloud, Amy Madsen (Steve) of Castro Valley and Justin (Ziomara Cervantes) of Iowa City, Iowa; his siblings, Lawrence (Dorene) of Hoyt Lakes, Edward of Staples and Mary Ann Trantina of Motley; and his siblings-in-law, Dr. Herbert Notch of Des Moines, Alvin Notch (Diane) of Eagle Bend, Doris Pachan (Ed) of Eagle Bend, Dorene Lenk (Lawrence) of Hoyt Lakes, Bernice Polak (Ed) of Browerville, Marlys Notch of Eagle Bend, Jan Notch of Eagle Bend and Donna Notch of Green Valley, Arizona.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
