He was predeceased by: his mother Janice Kolkind; his sister Linda Kolkind; his nephew Rick Flander; and his brother-in-law Jim Kirscht. He is survived by: his sons, Eric Kolkind (Diane) and Kevin Kolkind (Lindsay); his granddaughters, Lucy and Jenna Kolkind; his father Richard Kolkind; and his siblings, Wanda Flander and Russ Kolkind (Stacy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
