Sally R. Bork Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally R. Bork (Clear Lake, Minnesota), born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on September 16, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Eilers and Helen Eilers (Craighead). She is survived by: her former husband Jack Bork; her significant other Hank Barksdale of Clear Lake; her friend Jack Bork of Bloomington; her sons, Dan Bork (Dana) of Richfield, John Bork (Christy) of LaCenter, WA and David Bork of Bloomington; her siblings, Karol Shankey, Kathy Nordvick and Tom Eilers; and her grandchildren, Emily, Joseph and Jack Bork.

She was very involved with the Alzheimer's Organization.
