He is survived by: his wife Donna Radeke (Roberts); his children, Melissa Radeke (Clay Anderson), Paul Radeke (Katie) and Shannon Cabrera, MD (Miguel); his grandchildren, Hona Koep (Kevin), Madeline Elliott (Luke), Cooper Gray (Catie), Lane Radeke, Ava Radeke, Max Cabrera, Isabella Cabrera and Sebastian Cabrera; and his brother Curt Radeke (Judy).
