He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bakken and Evelyn Bakken (Clausen); and his siblings, Glenda Bakken, Darrell and Duane Bakken.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his children, Tamara Ann Radunz (Mark), Thomas Dean Bakken (Cindy), Timothy Henry Bakken (Dawn) and Tonya Elizabeth Duffy (Shane); his siblings, Larry Bakken (Dee) and Charlotte DeRaad; his grandchildren, Dustin Bakken, Nicole Bakken, Jordan Lambert, Meagan Bakken, Jessica Klingfus (Ian), Aubrey Oman (Evan), Dylan Duffy, Kaitlyn Wallace (Zachary) and Theodore Bakken; and his great grandchildren, Michaela, Jenna, Eli Bakken, Liam, Ellis Oman, Derek, Bennet Klingfus and Willow Wallace.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (8690 1st Ave E, Clear Lake, MN 55319). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
