He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Herbert and Marie Elizabeth Gohl (Kolling); his wives, Kay and Marge; his son Robert; his brother Roger; and his granddaughter Stephanie.
He is survived by: his former wife Marjorie 'Marge Kilian Reninger; his sons, Daniel Francis (Renee) and Kevin; his grandchildren, Ryan Gohl (Erin), Tara Suckstorf (Travis), Lucas Gohl (Hansa) and Danielle Olson (Robert); and his sister Ardell Plantenberg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Due to health concerns surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
