We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2021, at the age of 81, Carol M. Michaletz (Clear Lake, Minnesota), born in Robbinsdale, Minnesota passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Hille and Newman; her husband Curt; and her brother Chuck. She is survived by: her former husband Curtis Michaletz; her children, Cindi Scamfer (Jim) of St. Paul, Shele Skelton (Tony) of Big Lake and Steve Michaletz (Becky) of Aitkin; and her brother Bob Hille (Pam) of Sioux Falls, SD. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.

I have such fond and wonderful memories of all the time we spent together camping and fishing at your lake place in Aitken. Your mom was such a wonderful and kind person and am sorry she is not with us anymore. It was a blessing to see her at Dad's funeral and had a wonderful conversation with her and Shele, and shared some memories and a few laughs too! Your family will be in our prayers.”

“In loving memory of Carol M. Michaletz, With deepest sympathies. I last saw your Mom at my Dad's funeral a couple years ago. She was with Shele and we had a short but nice visit. I remember our parents getting together to play cards 40+ years ago. Us Kids would go up to Broadway Pizza or the New Hope Bowl to hang around. Those were the good times ! Again , sorry for your loss.”
